I've lived in properties managed by Michigan Management and Property Maintenance for a total of three years, and have had a great experience. List of highlights below - although some of these may seem trivial, these features were unavailable at 2 other companies I rented through before returning to a property with Michigan Management and Property Maintenance: 1)Their website makes it easy to look at lease paperwork for checking terms (pet fees, move-out date, early move-out, etc.) 2)Online portal makes it easy to pay security deposit / rent (can pay via Credit or eCheck/ACH). For students using financial aid, can prepay several months of rent (when you receive financial aid check) to avoid mismanaging money and missing rent payments. 3)Can submit maintenance requests using their website (and also check on request status) 4)Friendly office staff, responsive via email and phone. 5)Great maintenance staff - all of my tickets have been handled promptly and professionally. I would specifically like to thank their maintenance tech, Randy for his exceptional repair work.

We moved from Tennessee to Michigan, honestly didn't know what to expect, ended up finding a fabulous realtor, who led us to this wonderful property management company. Michigan Management and Property Maintenance was spectacular, we were not expecting five star service, but that is what we got each and every-time. As soon as we had an issue, they sent somebody to fix it, and not just anybody either, people who were genuinely kind and considerate with A+ customer service skills! Wonderful time management, and straight forward expectations from their end also. We honestly would have liked to have stayed longer under their management, but moved closer to work.
